Sometimes when a user submits a form with files all of the files do not transfer to Dropbox.

I am sorry, now we can see your inquiry.
That problem has been already forwarded to our Development Team. They do have plans to rewrite integration using new Dropbox API. It should solve the problem on a permanent basis.
