My form with W9 PDF document added.

where can i find a report that we have added a widget w9 too? The response from you team said it was form that ends in 9582 ( I think)

also i am new coming into this ... what is a good basic tutorial for me? The other person that set all our forms up has left and I need to learn more. I know the basic how to's kinda

The form where we found a W9 PDF document attached in a PDF Embedder widget is the Oct 14th Entry Form with form ID 232814261282149. But since you have 77 forms in total, and if you want to see the other forms that contain that PDF document, you need to check it one by one.

But if you meant how to check the Submission entries to the form with the W9 PDF document, it's easy. Let me show you how:

I. In My Forms page, click on the form that you want to check the submissions.

2. Click on the Submissions button at the top.

3. After clicking it, it will redirect you to the Form's Submission Table.
