I've uploaded the valid file extension; however it kept telling me that I had some errors and to fix it by deleting the file, none of my files worked.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I tested your live form and cloned it as well to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

As you can see, I was able to upload the same file extension in your screenshot above. I have gone ahead and clear form caches on our end to refresh the data. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
