Embedded form: Square showing an error

We created a registration form, connected Square to it, and published it. But on the published form, there is a problem, and every time someone tries to use it, it gives us this error message: A connection error has occurred. Please contact form administrator for assistance.

It makes it so you can't input the CC info.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I understand when trying to submit the form they encounter an error. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

You can try to reintegrate your Square to see if it will resolve the issue. I also went ahead and cleared your form cache to see if that would help.

Since we can't replicate the issue with your form, there could be a conflict between your website script and our embed script, for which I suggest embedding the form via its iframe code instead. Let me show you where to get it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Embed in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Iframe in the menu and copy the code.

Can you give it a try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
