Retrieve my forms and data

My form disappeared and all my data collected disappeared

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form is deleted and is in the trash folder. Please note that deleted forms will remain soft deleted for 30 days in case they need to be restored. After 30 days, the forms are permanently deleted. You can restore your deleted forms.  Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom and click the Trash Section.
2. Select the form you want to restore and click Restore.
