How do I add HTML to site?

I am trying to a customized papal button with HTML to my form and I can't find a widget to use.  Can you please help?

If you meant you want to add html codes in your form, you can just use the TEXT field from the Basic elements.

Yes Jonathan that is exactly what I meant...Thank you for understanding :) but when I tried to do that it did this:

Here is a screen shot of where I added the html code just so you can double check to see if I put the text in the right spot. 

You need to paste that HTML codes in the Source Code. Please click the "Source Code" button, here's a screenshot:
