Google spreadsheet integration doesn't update my spreadsheet.

Hi, we set up our form to auto populate into the Google Spreadsheet, the form information is there however, it did not populate the info off the completed forms. 

Please advise.

Please note that modifying the form will break the integration, if that's the case, please re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet again https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
