Sending zip file containing PDFs to both primary and backup email addresses

When multiple submissions are selected for download, jotform would send a PDF download link via email a few moments later after the download is ready. Is there a way to have this link sent to both the account email, and the backup email as well? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Only the account owner would be the recipient address when PDFs are downloaded. You can forward the email to your backup email address you want it to be shared with.

I've gone ahead and escalated it as a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
