Cancel and refund request

    Hi,


    I no longer need a Jotform account and I was just charged my annual bill. If I cancel it now am I able to receive a refund

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have a 30 days refund policy, So we have cancelled your subscription and submitted a refund. It can take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect back in your account.
