Hi, I tried to login today but I got a message that my login is suspended. I need to upgrade the account as soon as possible and I need to login to do so.

You have an unusual number of forms, and they are mostly with the same name.

Ok, and how can I reactivate my account?
I have a lot of forms because I use this for work. The forms are used to employee performance evaluation in companies I work. You guys can read the forms content, it is in Portuguese, but the form's questions is only about employee performance indicators.
They have the same name because they are generated via API by an application I developed for that.
I generate the same forms for more than two years and a I use you guys to do so. Right now, one client of mine is calling me because his employees can't answer the questions I sent in the forms. Can you guys reactivate my account, please?
