Thanks for getting back to us. Having read your feedback, it appears that this was not directed to us. Keep in mind that Jotform is an online form builder platform, where everyone can create their form, and send it to their form users. 

As a form user, if you encounter any problem with the form that you are filling out, you will need to reach out to the person who created the form using Jotform. The form owner/creator will then try to resolve your issue by checking the form they created. And, if they will not be able to resolve it, the form owner will reach out to us for assistance.

Regarding your question on your feedback, since it is directed to the form owner/creator, you will need to reach out to them about it.
