Hi, I would like to add a calendar to the form, in which we have to block out all dates except every tuesday, wednesday & thursday and allow customers to choose the available dates from the calendar display and also send the chosen date along with other details in mail to the admin.

Hey Kanchna,
You can achieve this by using the Date/Time field.
1- Create a form
2- Select Date/Time field from the left panel
3- Open up the question properties
4- Select LIMITS tab
5- From here you can select the days of the week you want to be available and/or add custom dates to be disabled
Here is a GIF that might help you out:
Regarding the submission emails, you have two options, Notification and Autoresponder.
If you have an email field in your form, you can send the submitted dates to the given email on the form.
But if you want to keep this internal, you can manage your Notification emails and edit the recipients as shown in this GIF:
Let me know if this information helps you out or not.
Cheers!

Hi Scott,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you let me know whether this calendar feature is available in free version or do we have to go with a paid one?

All options that you can find in our Form builder are available regardless of the subscription plan you have.
Subscriptions plans will increase the limits of the account they will not affect which options are available in the Form builder.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Thank you!
