    The embedded form looks very much different than the original one that is hosted on our servers.

    Are you the one who modified the form's source code to conform to your site's layout? Which web editor are you using to create your site's pages?

    This problem is quite tricky - first off, because the form was heavily modified, the codes are not JotForm-native anymore, so to speak. It may take a little more time and effort to resolve this browser discrepancy.
