Not receiving emails

    I have set up to recieve mails when any of our forms are completed - and notifications should be coming to ajb@extensia-ltd.com yet I am not recieving these for any forms?

     

    Please can you clarify the issue?

    Hi,

    Your email address is in our bounce list and this is the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'

    Your form should be working fine by now as I remove your email address in our bounce list.

    Also, it is recommended to configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.
