Submissions not showing in Google Spreadsheets

Hi there-

For our form Top Ops Registration, I set it up to integrate with Google Docs. We submitted a test form, but I don't see anything populating on the Google Doc. Can you help?

I have cloned your form and integrated it with Google Spreadsheets and the submissions are coming through correctly.

Please note that if you make changes to the form (or the spreadsheet), such as adding/removing/changing the question, the Google Spreadsheets integration will break.

Removing the integration and adding it again should resolve the issue.

I have also tried to push the submissions to the spreadsheet but I cannot say if this will work for sure.
