Hi, Does the while form submit to the google sheet, or can you control which data is pushed to the sheet?

If you want to integrate your form with Google Spreadsheets, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

All data will be automatically transferred to Google Spreadsheets but you can manually delete the columns that you do not want to show to your Spreadsheets. Here's a screencast sample:
