I want to have a field which says - how many children are coming?
If they answer none, no field should be displayed.
If they answer 1, I need to dynamically create a name field, age field and a gender field.
If the answer is 2, then I need to create two sets of these fields
so on and so forth...
Is this possible?

Hello Gokul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you have a limit of children you are expecting the filler to add? You can have two approaches here, one is creating form fields that will be hidden and by using the Configurable List widget.
I've provided a sample form for you. Please follow the steps and screencasts below:
1. Use the Dropdown element for "How many children are coming?". On the sample, I added five which means the filler can add up to five children.
2. Then add five sets of full name, age, and gender.
3. Use Full Name fields for full name, Number fields for Age, and Short Text fields for gender.
4. Hold ctrl and select the form fields.
5. Click the Duplicate button and choose the To Bottom.
6. Select all the form fields and click the Hide button.
7. Go to the Conditions and select the Show/Hide Field.
8. Add conditions that the form fields will show depending on the answer selected on "How many children are coming?".
Using Configurable List widget.
1. Use the Dropdown element for "How many children are coming?". On the sample, I added five which means the filler can add up to five children.
2. Add Configurable List widget.
3. Format the Configurable List widget with Full Name, Age, and Gender subfields.
Please see the screencast below on how this will work:
You can check this guide on how to set up the Configurable List widget.
