Is JotForm GDPR compliant?

Hi,

Can you please confirm whether Jotform is compliant with the new GDPR requirements?  If it is not yet compliant, will it be by the May deadline?

I'm sorry if this has been asked several times already - the only thing I could find was an answer from May last year which pointed to a very general page about EU-safe forms which did not seem to address GDPR directly.

We're not GDPR compliant currently, but this is an upcoming change, you will be updated via this thread when it's done.
