You charged me twice for availing silver package

i am hoping to hear from you as soon as possible. I was charged in my credit card almost $200 for brinze and silver package. When all I did was availed the bronze the upgraded to silver package right away. Please acknowledge my concern ASAP. I am charged way too much. Thanks

cancel the bronze package, I'll still avail the silver package.
