Delete my account

    How do I delete my account?  I can't seem to find this option in the settings.

    You can not delete the account from your end but we can do it form you. You have 9 forms with 88 submissions in your account LCSCDL. Please note that forms and submissions will be deleted as well. 

    Please confirm that you want to delete the account LCSCDL.
