I having the problem unsubscribing from your services. When I select downgrade it takes me to the PayPaL site and then displays an error message.
Please help to downgrade.
My account e-mail is email@example.com.

Please try this solution;
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
Please get back to us if it still give you an error. Thanks
