    Hi,

When I fill a form and I include an mp3 attachment, the email containing the link to the mp3 file works on a pc as you can download the file and play it on a music app, but it doesn't play on the browser of a mobile device.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

    thanks.

I am afraid this is out of our Support Scope.

The file is an m4a file and not an mp3 file.

I have checked the link that you have provided from my Android Device and the file can be played without a problem after being downloaded (using the Chrome Browser).

In iOS, you might need to open the file using a music player (iTunes) instead of a browser.

I am afraid that type of file cannot be played on an iOS browser. I suggest you try Chrome but I don't think it will work.

To play the file on your iOS mobile, you would need to download it on your computer and add it to the Music Library (using iTunes).
