    Have drop down menu send emails to different email depending on selected option.

    Asked by Mathew123 on October 31, 2012 at 03:53 PM

    I have a contact form that I would like to have the emails sent to a certian email depending on the dropdown "department" that the customer selects.

    For example, if a customer wants to contact my Customer Service dept instead of Technical/Billing dept, I'd like to allow those emails to go to a separate dept email depending on which dropdown option they selected.

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    You can do that by using our Conditional Logic Tool (https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Conditional-Logic-on-Forms) and setting up your condition into like this;

    Please check the guide for more information about this logic. Please get back to us if you have questions.

    Thanks and I hope this helps.
