I am having issues with the intergration between the forms and dropbox. I had it originally set up and then decided to set it up differently, so I deleted the file and the app from my dropbox.
Now that I am reconfiguring it, it says it is connected, but the jotform folder does not show up within my dropbox.

Have you tried refreshing the integration between the form and dropbox? Please try removing the integration and re-integrate .
Please inform us if the issue persists after doing this process.
