Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. If you do not want the words to be broken, you add the "&nbps" HTML tag before the broken word so they will be completed. Check out this screenshot below:

This only worked partially it doesn't do it for every word I don't want to be cut off.

Hi Laurie,
Thanks for getting back to us. Keep in mind that in the example that I provided above, only 2 of the broken words are fixed because I only applied the "&nbps" HTML tags to those words. If you want all the broken words to be fixed, you will need to apply the "&nbps" HTML tag before the broken texts.
