Form: The date picker element is not showing the dates.

Calendar Pop-up on a date-picker is displaying oddly when using my PC. Looks fine from the phone version but any idea why the writing is not showing up for the dates on the calendar properly?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form, and I was able to replicate the problem. But, after I changed the form's theme, it fixed the issue. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon, and go to the Themes tab.
2. Next, select Default Theme, and click on Use Theme. That's it.
