I am setting up an application form in Jotform. https://form.jotform.com/241125603653146
I want the Configurable Widget for Work Experience section to display in rows. Right now it is displaying in columns when I receive a submission in Google Drive. How do make the information display in rows instead of columns.
Thank you,
Stacie Beard

Hi Stacie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to the form's PDF report that is added to the Google Drive integration, you can change the Configurable List widget's format in the form's PDF Editor. Let me show you how:
- From the form builder, access the PDF Editor using the menu at the top.
- In the PDF Editor, find the Configurable List widget and double-click it.
- In the menu on the right, go to Answer Style.
- Scroll down and check the box beside Flip tables columns and rows.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

my information in the application (I did a test one). Will an applicant see
a blank form though? Or do I have to do something else?
Thank you,
Stacie

Hi Stacie,
Thanks for getting back to us. The PDF report data will change based on the information entered into your form. basically, the PDF document in the PDF Editor is the template. Every entry will still have unique data in it.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help.
