Issue with the capcha code field

    We use JotForm to pull in children for our Look Who's 6 segments on FOX6 News in Milwaukee.

    We just noticed -- the capcha field is not displaying as properly. Something about a V1 SHUTDOWN ON 2018-03-31. 

    Please help us! This is one of those things (because it involves parents and kids) that could upset a lot of people if it is not working as it should.

    Let me know how to resolve.
