    Hi there,

May I know why is there a prompt saying that form is over quota when it has less than 100 submission?

    Please advice. Thanks a lot..

    Hi Alexis,

The basic free account is entitled only up to 10 SSL per month submissions. However, you had already exceeded this limit. This is the reason the form became disabled and that message about it appears.

Ideally, for Basic Free account, it is the norm to use only the regular submissions of the form. That is, not using the secure submissions via the https secure protocol.

For one time only, we can consider decreasing your SSL to re-enable your form. But you will have to remove the SSL submissions feature on your form (to avoid it accumulating again) OR you may opt for the paid plans if SSL is needed in your submissions.

Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
