I want to require a password on one form to get to the second.  How do I do that?

We do not encourage our users to have a password field on the form as it will trigger our anti-phishing tool to suspend the account. However, if you will just be using it not to collect password information (login credentials), I suggest that you use a different term for it instead — like "access key" or "code".

As for your concern, if I'm understanding it correctly, you would like to redirect your respondents to the second form provided that they have provided the correct code on the first form, is that correct?

If that is the case, then here's what you need to do:

You can have the condition below added to the first form.

If no or an incorrect code is entered, then the respondent will be shown the default Thank-You page of the form when the first form is submitted.

Here's the link to the First Form that has the condition in the screenshot above. Please feel free to test it.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
