Tables: How to share submissions data to other without them having to login to their Jotform account?

Hi Jotform Support team,

Please kindly help me with this problem that I'm unable to share the submission data with my colleague.

Despite of following all instructions given in the forum, my colleagues still don't have access to this.

I have done these steps :

making it a company access table

requiring organization email domain (hmmusa.com)

setting it Read Only

showing download button

not setting any time frame/expiration date 

My colleague received the email with the View Table button. When she clicked it, it took her to a page with login required even I un-checked the 3 checkboxes that are along the "Require log-in" items on the form's settings page already. Another thing that I tried was copying the shared link and emailed it to her directly. But that link still took her to the page that requires login. What I want to achieve is that, by clicking the shared link, she can go to the table page without login and download the data.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. To confirm, are you referring to your form 241064766739062? If so, I saw that the Submission Table has been set to Public, so anyone with the link should be able to access it without having to log in.

Keep in mind that if you set the Submission Table to Private or Company access, it will require the users to log in to their Jotform account for them to be able to access the Submission Table you shared.

Thank you for your quick response. That is the form that I was talking about. Sorry to make the confusion. Initially, I set it as Private. After reading some posts, I realized that Private requires my coworkers to have an account. So, I changed it to Company Access. The login page still shows. At last, I changed it to Public. But the login page will not go away. I just tested it. I copied the shared link. Logout my account. Paste the link to the browser's address bar. And it asks for login. This is my shared link https://www.jotform.com/tables/241064766739062.

Do you have any ideas? What did I do wrong?

So, with this link, https://www.jotform.com/tables/241064766739062, my coworker can see the page/table now. But the Download button is not available without login.
