Under Subscription Details; within Subscription Wizard, my list is different then the list posted above and I am wondering why?

I don't have don't have theses options:

Daily

Weekly

Bi-weekly

Bi-yearly

I only have:

Monthly

Bi-Monthly

Quarterly

Semi-Yearly

Yearly

That guide was based on Paypal Standard . The 9 options you see on the image are shown on most of our Payment integrations that have subscriptions enabled.

However, Google Checkout will only show you the 5 option you mention. So I would recommend you  to switch to another payment gateway.
