HECVAT Request

Hello,

I am the LMS administrator for Dominican University. We have a professor who's interested in using Jotform for data collection. For this to happen, we need to conduct a vendor risk assessment to understand what data is collected and how it is stored and disposed of when no longer needed.

I followed the instructions on your website, which first sent me to the security section, then to EDUCAUSE's HECVAT area, where I filled out a form to request this documentation. I received a confirmation that this was sent to you (copied below), but thus far haven't received the HECVAT.

Can you please send this to me? Thank you.
