Background Image and logo not visible

Why is my background image and logo not showing when previewing or live view of my form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To show the page image, you'll have to remove the page color of your form. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Paint Roller icon at the right of the page.
2. Click the box below the Page color and click on the transparent option.

As for the logo, I don't see a logo uploaded to your form. But you can add one, let me show you how:

1. Click on the Add Your Logo button.
2. Click on the Upload File button.
3. Select your logo from your file explorer.
