    I get an error, "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.". What does this mean? How can I fix this?

    Hello bwk.  This means that the unique submission settings is enabled on your form. This feature is for making unique submissions for your form.  Meaning, one user cannot make a submission more than once, depending on the settings.

    There are three options:  No Check means that anyone can make a submission multiple times. Loose check is a cookie-based setting that restricts a computer for making a submission more than once.  Strict check is an IP-based setting that restricts a single IP from making multiple submissions to your form.

    To disable this, you need to edit your form. Make sure you are on the Setup & Embed tab, then click Preferences.

    Once the modal window appears, click on the Advanced Settings tab.  Select the value for Unique Submissions and select No Check

    Once done, click the Close settings button and save your form.
