How to embed a form in to a website?

Hey I have created this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/241135708355859 but I'd like to show it as a popup on my website instead of sending people away from my site.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. You can embed your form on your website. Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
• That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

thanks! is it possible to show this embedded form after someone clicks on a button?

i want people to navigate my page: https://www.referralcandy.com/how-it-works and where it says "book a call here" i want people to see my jotform so they can fill it out without leaving my website.

the idea is that the fill out the form ad based on their answers they are sent to different calendly links (which i have already done)

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can choose either the POPUP or the Lightbox option when embedding your form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Then, select POPUP or Lightbox from the list of embed methods.
• Finally, please copy the code and paste it to your webpage.
