The above booking form was filled out with the credit card details. I processed it again over the phone with the customer and all worked ok. They were trying to book the form in New Zealand. Can you help us discover what the issue is.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, but it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screencast below:
Can you try reconnecting your Payment integration? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Product List element and the Wand icon.
- Then, click on the Connected button, and click on Reconnect.
- Next, click on Connect, enter your credentials again, and click on Continue.
