How to delete forms?

I was just trying make 1 form not multiple please help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that you have a total of five forms. Unused forms can be deleted permanently. Let me show you how to do that:

1. From the My Forms page, select your form and click on the Move to Trash button.
   
2. To delete it permanently, click on the Trash folder on the lower left, select the form and click on Purge.
   
   

We also have a guide on How to Delete a Form that you can check out. Please note that permanently deleted form and submissions can no longer be recovered.
