Im using the card template and I'm having an issue where when i hide the payment option the submit button doesn't work. Similar to the problem outlined here

The issue reported on the other thread seems to be already resolved. I have checked your JotForm and see that the issue is different. As I check the form, I notice that there are several calculation fields on the form and some calculations were done through conditions. Also, when I tried to submit the form, I see that there is a message displayed to fix the errors. This is due to the payment field is not hidden when the user is not ready to book the package. Please try adding the following condition to the form so that the payment field will be hidden.
Also, as I test the issue further, it seems that there is some issue with the calculation fields or conditions set on the form. I have tried understanding your form requirement, but was unable to get it because of the conditions. Could you try reviewing the conditions and calculations set on the form once again? Also, it would be helpful if you can explain your form requirement so that we can understand better and assist you accordingly.
