Cancellation and refund request

My account was already inactivr for more than 6months and today my credit cards was charges 408 usd.. please help to cancel my subcription as im no longer and refund my charges. Thanks a lot

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since Jotform's subscriptions are recurring, they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. As requested, we have canceled the subscription and issued you a refund. Kindly expect it to reflect on your end within 5-7 working days.
