On February we subscribe annual membership in Bronze membership.
We are interested to upgrade to Silver, but when we go to the payment, the system charges us the complete amount of Silver.
Is it not fair we only have to pay the difference between what we have paid and not consume of Bronze and the amount of Silver?

If you cancel the Bronze plan, we will be refunding the rest of the unused period for the Bronze plan subscription of yours.
But for this like I said we will be downgrading your account to the Free plan, and then you will upgrade it back again yourself.
Since you will be counted as a Free user during this period, the account limits have to be dealt with. As far as I've checked, you are not yet over the Free plan quota of 100 submissions. But the only issue can be that you will not be able to create any new forms during this transformation.
Due to these complications, we need your confirmation on to start this process. We will be waiting to hear from you,
