Using inventory widget as purchase order form

Hi,

What happens if there's an item left available and 2 users happened to click to order the same item at the same exact time?  Is there a built-in function that ca be used to decide which user gets the order?

Well, there can only be one submitter that is first, so that would be the order of choosing. 

I did few tests but it was always one submission first, so I would say that there shouldn't be any collision of data.
