Do you offer a lead retrieval app system that integrates with Hubspot?

Hello, I am investigating lead retrieval apps so we can quickly and effectively capture leads at congresses and integrate them into HubSpot. is this something you offer?

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Integrations from the left menu.
3. Search and select HubSpot.
4. Click Authenticate and~ complete the authentication process.

5. Map your from fields with your HubSpot CRM fields.
6. Click the Complete Integration button to save the changes.

Thank you - is there a way that we can capture leads quickly by scanning a picture of a business card or exhibition badge and it automatically pulls all the info to make the input faster?

Thanks for getting back to us. At a moment, there is no feature that populates the information from scanning the Image to the respective fields in the form.

We do have Spreadsheet to Form widget available on our platform, that allows you to upload the information in Excel format. Based on the unique value, it will populate the respective field with the information present on the uploaded Excel sheet. I would suggest you to go through How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget guide, to know how it works.

As the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
