Account Suspended

    Hello,

    When trying to login today, I was notified that my account had been suspended. I am not sure what I could have done, because I was just using it this past Thursday.

    Please let me know how I can remedy this situation and get my account back online.

    Hello,

    Your account was suspended due to violation of Terms-of-Use. Your forms are considered as phishing ones, because they are requesting Bank accounts information, which is not allowed:

    Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    In order to re-activate your account, we need to delete those fields. Please read the Terms-of-Use and let us know when you are ready to proceed with account activation.

    Okay, I had a form exactly like that last year. Perhaps the policy was changed since then.

    You may delete the fields, and price with account re-activation.
