Visual Report only showing first scale rating question of Input Table

I created a form using the scale rating option. The visual report is only showing me the graph for the first item in the list. How do I get it to show me all of them?

I have checked your last edited form and I suppose that you want to include graphs for every question of your Input Table field. Is that correct?

If yes, I can suggest adding a chart for every row of the Input Table.
