How to merge 2 forms?

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to emerge two different forms into one.

Couldn't find this option so that's why my doubt., it would be very helpful to me.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can merge two different forms using Jotform's Field Manager app. Let me show you how:

1. Open this link and then click on Open Integration.

2. Click on Manage Fields and allow Field Manager to access your Jotform account.

3. Click on Open a Form to Begin.

4. In the Form Picker window, choose your first form and then click on Continue.

5. In the second Form Picker window, choose your second form.

6. Select the fields on the second form, and then click on the blue Arrow icon in the middle to transfer those fields to the first form.

I used the Field manager, and it's okay because it does duplicates the fields I need, but it's not bringing the conditions and the form calculations done in the duplicated fields, is it possible to duplicate fields with all the properties?

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you asking if all the conditions and calculations from the original form can be automatically included in the duplicated field using the Field Manager App? If so, unfortunately, that is not possible. You will need to set up the calculations and conditions manually for each field.
