Account Suspended: Fake Service Offer

Hello,

I'm not sure when I first joined jotform. I'm assuming it was a year or two ago when I was going to utilize the services in my coaching business. I ended up going a different route and have not used jotform in a while. I'm currently trying to complete a certification for work via jotform. I was trying to save my progress and it said my jotform account has been suspended?

I am unaware of any reason as to why my account would be suspended.

Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue so I can complete my certification for work.
