how to create an order form in google docs

I can't understand how to create an order form in google docs, please tell me more

I think you can do this by creating a new doc and choosing Form option. However, I believe it would create a hassle since Google Docs's primary purpose is by no means building forms. So I suggest you use JotForm form builder, instead.

To create an Order Form in JotForm, create your account and find all the related resources in https://www.jotform.com/order-forms/ page. There you will also find more than 500 Order Form templates among which I'm sure you will find one that suits you. After that, you can still customize it according to your needs.
