Upload space remain unchanged after deleting submissions.

    Can you help me make sure I am doing this correctly or let me know if i have removed enough? We don't want to interrupt our service.

    Hi Robby,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. When I first checked your account it was over the limit for the upload space. However, after recalculating the upload space it brought it down to 11.50GB which is under the limit of 100 GB on your Gold subscription. I've gone ahead and activated your account, you should be able to use the forms now.
