Hello, my team realized that we don't actually need to be using jotform anymore and I'm wondering if I could get a refund? We registered for jotform on April 16th 2024.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this account? If so, I can't find any subscriptions made from this account. You may be referring to a different account. If you have a form URL of the form created on the account in question, please share it with us so we can locate the account.
If you mean you want to delete your account, here's how to delete it:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
- Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.
- On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
- Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
- After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
